Cancellation Policy

Guess who loves when you come to the Entourage? We do! All our amazing staff look forward to providing you the highest level of service and pampering. 

But when you don’t show up, they miss out. So, if you need to cancel your appointment, we require a 24-hour notice so that we may offer that dedicated service time to another client.

No shows:

No-shows are tough, and staff misses out on seeing you!!  We value you, but we also value our staff’s time and expertise. Any missed appointments will require a CC to hold a future service time. All additional no-shows will be charged the full price of the missed appointment.
